Products we build, and run.
Alongside client work, we design, build and operate products of our own, in home care and clinical training.
01 / Home care operations / Live product
SoulCare.
Home-care coordination, from rota to invoice.
SoulCare keeps one live record of every visit. Coordinators plan and roster care, carers work from their phones, and families follow visits and raise requests, without phone calls to piece it together.
For: UK home-care providers, their carers, and the families of the people they support.

The problem it’s built for
Without one shared record, a late or missed visit often comes to light only when a family rings the office. Coordinators piece the day together from calls and messages, and medication and timesheet records are checked by hand afterwards.

One live visit record
The roster, the carer’s phone, the family app and the invoices all read from the same visit.
An app for each role
Coordinators, carers and families each get the view their job needs, with permissions to match.
Data kept apart
Every provider runs on its own PostgreSQL database, set up from the SoulCare admin console.
Apps and platforms
| App | Platform | For |
|---|---|---|
| Care dashboard | Web | Coordinators and managers |
| Carer app | iOS & Android | Carers |
| Family app | iOS & Android | Family members |
Each provider has its own database, so one provider’s records never sit alongside another’s.
Key features
Scheduling
Recurring templates over cycles of up to eight weeks, generated into a rolling four-week plan.
Rostering
A master roster by carer, client or visit, with clash and drive-time checks when visits move.
Live tracking
Planned and actual times, tagged on time, late or missed against the provider’s own thresholds.
Medication (eMAR)
Scheduled and as-needed charts with dose, time, signature, stock and outcome.
Finance
A rate engine for pay and invoicing across time bands, weekends, bank holidays, skills and regions.
Communication
Messaging between the office and carers, plus requests and concerns from families.
Shifts in health & social care
Rules and standards in this sector ↗December 2025
Most providers now digital
The government reported that four in five adult social care providers in England now use a digital social care record.
June 2025
Standards for IT suppliers
The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 lets government set information standards that IT suppliers in health and adult social care in England must meet.
September 2024
Saudi PDPL fully enforced
The one-year grace period under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law ended on 14 September 2024, and penalties can now apply.
Our line on AI here: AI should not decide on medication, change a care plan or judge whether someone is safe. Anything it drafts about a person’s care is checked and signed off by a named member of staff.
02 / Medical education / Live product
SimRhythm.
An ECG and defibrillator training monitor.
SimRhythm puts ECG and capnography traces, key observations and resuscitation controls on one screen, so an educator can run and adjust a scenario without leaving the monitor.
For: Educators and learners in resuscitation and clinical skills training.

The problem it’s built for
Dedicated simulator hardware is costly and often tied to one room. Without it, educators fall back on printed rhythm strips and verbal cues, which make it hard to change the scenario as a session unfolds.

One screen for the exercise
Traces, observations and the control dock share one view, so the scenario never leaves the monitor.
Start with a preset, then adapt
ACLS, PALS and NRP presets set the starting values; the educator changes the rhythm as the session runs.
One codebase, three platforms
The same app on iOS and iPad, Android and the web, built with Expo and React Native.
Apps and platforms
| App | Platform | For |
|---|---|---|
| Training monitor | iOS & iPad, Android and web | Educators and learners |
SimRhythm is a training simulator. It is not a diagnostic or clinically validated device.
Key features
33 rhythms
A library of selectable rhythms the educator can switch between as the exercise runs.
Scenario presets
ACLS, PALS and NRP presets that set a starting rhythm and vital signs to adapt from.
Defibrillation and pacing
Select energy, charge and deliver a simulated shock, toggle sync, and set the pacer’s rate and output.
CPR and medication
Run CPR and record a medication’s drug, dose and route from the same workspace.
Capnography
A capnography trace alongside the ECG on one monitor clock.
One codebase
The same app on iOS and iPad, Android and the web, built with Expo and React Native.

Rules and standards in this sector ↗October 2025
Resuscitation Guidelines 2025
Resuscitation Council UK published new guidelines, with updated courses from January 2026, so algorithms and scenarios need revisiting.
October 2024
WCAG 2.2 monitoring begins
The government began checking public sector websites and apps against WCAG 2.2 AA, which adds criteria on focus, dragging and target size.
September 2024
Saudi PDPL fully enforceable
The one-year grace period ended, so Saudi training providers handling learner data now face enforcement by SDAIA.
Our line on AI here: AI should not set clinical values, rhythms or algorithm steps, and it should not decide whether a learner passes. Those stay with qualified educators.

Why we build products
It keeps us honest about after launch.
We live with what we ship
Running our own products means releases, support and upgrades after launch are our problem too, not something we hand over and forget.
The same standards as client work
Our products follow the process we use for clients: written scope, reviewable releases and infrastructure kept in code.
Sector knowledge that carries over
Building for home care and clinical training taught us how those sectors work, and that shapes the advice we give clients in them.
Common questions
Product questions.
Can we try SoulCare or SimRhythm?
Get in touch and tell us about your organisation. We will talk you through the product and what using it would involve.
Is SimRhythm a medical device?
No. SimRhythm is a training simulator for educators and learners. It is not a diagnostic or clinically validated device.
Which platforms do the products run on?
SoulCare has a web care dashboard and carer and family apps for iOS and Android. SimRhythm runs on iOS and iPad, Android and the web from one codebase.
How is each care provider’s data kept apart in SoulCare?
Every provider runs on its own PostgreSQL database, set up from the SoulCare admin console, so one provider’s records never sit alongside another’s.
Can you build something similar for us?
Yes. The same team designs and builds client products, using the process and standards we use for our own.
